today's post is some appreciation for those popping spring/summer colours. I am loving the pastel colours this spring, especially the pinks! I love everything pastel pink, that colour just pops off on any and everyone.
Before I continue, can we just appreciate the name of this post, I think it is quite creative if I do say so myself *flicks hair*. If you get it then let me know? If you didn't, I'm going to assume you are not a 90s baby or you're just not well acquainted with the old school R&B music scene. It's ok if you're not, better late then never right?
Anywayssss .. You guys know I love that light blue denim, to be honest I just live and love off denim in denim in general. I am for all different colours of denim, I do not discriminate! A couple of weeks ago I saw this bomb yellow denim jacket and guys, guysssssss, I really hope you see my use of repetition as emphasis on how much this yellow denim jacket popped! Especially on dark skin, don't get me started now!
I am just living for colour right now, especially because the sun has been out and this is very rare in England, and its actually been quite warm! I know, shock horror right, but I won't get too excited as I know this weather is unpredictable.
Can we just talk about how hair colours are getting more and more adventurous, I am really into the lilac and blush pink looks, they are so on trend. One of my favourite looks was on the one and only bad gal riri in her Paper Magazine Bodega photoshoot a couple of months ago, that shoot gave me life! I absolutely loved it, it was genuinely breaking the rules. I tend to go grocery shopping looking quite bummy but ri ri changed the game, I think I may have to level up my style for the isle 8 Tesco shop!

As you guys know, and if you're new here, I have been on a journey of finding my style and I think I have found it, sort of ... well I guess I kind of know the look I'm going for, I like wearing clothes that make me comfortable and ultimately look good. So in light of my blog being my style diary, I thought it would only be right to share with you who I get my style inspiration from.
I'd like to think my style has a casual hipster vibe to it. I love denim, basics and flats! I like wearing heels here and there but trainers are my kind of shoe. So, I have compiled a list of my top five people who consistently just make me say I need to get whatever they are wearing ASAP. I tend to save their posts, and when I go shopping I just go on a mission to find some of the clothing I have seen.
